A client relationship manager is a necessary position in all agencies and firms. He is responsible for proving to new clients that they picked the right agency. He will propose strategy to the client, manage campaigns, coordinate appropriate outside vendors and report on campaign results. Becoming a client relationship manager requires an appropriate degree and customer service experience.
