According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, many PR firms seek candidates with master's degrees to fill management positions. These types of jobs require industry expertise and knowledge in several areas, including creating a distinct client identity and strong, recognizable brand.
Chief Marketing Officer
Chief marketing officers are typically responsible for planning and managing organizations' marketing plans and initiatives. This involves managing and coordinating all aspects of marketing, including promotions, media plans, public relations, Web presence and advertising strategies. Most directors of client services are also responsible for managing and motivating sales teams, creating budgets and working with the executive team.
