Welcome to this Bite-Sized Scenario Training session! Designed to fit into just one hour , you will learn:
What personal influence is and why it's valuable.
The different types of power that exist in a business context and how these relate to influence
How you can develop the levels of influence you have over others.
After that you'll have the opportunity to consider how the strategies you've learned could be applied to some specific situations.
To get started, just follow the steps below.
And don't forget that we're here to help you by answering your questions in the forum thread for this Bite-Sized Training topic.
Step 1.
Download your workbook
Click
here to open your workbook in a new window. You can either type in your answer to the various exercises and then click Save, or you can print the document out in hard copy and fill it in by hand.
If you have problems downloading the pdf, try RIGHT CLICKING the link above and then saving to your desktop using the "Save Target As..." menu item. This lets you choose where it goes and shows download progress.
